When my height was as same as my mother, I couldn’t wait to get into her closet and chose clothes to dress up. My mom always totally supported my love of dressing. On the top, expensive clothes were also generous taken for me to wear, even though she knew that they would be dirty. When I was in junior high school, she started to teach me how to makeup. I still remembered a lot of her makeup tips. For example, the eyelashes should not be too sharp, just a little would be better.

For me, the person who influences me the most in fashion and dressing is definitely my mother. My mom is a very fashion-conscious person. Not only for shopping, she is really passionate about clothes. When she was young, she watched Julia Roberts’ brown polka-dot dress after watching Pretty Woman. When she couldn’t find it, she went to find the fabric and let the dressmaker made one for her. When I was at school, I felt that I was the most fashionable girl.

Later, my mother’s dressing style has changed a bit, basically no longer like the flashy things, only focus on wearing her own style and items. Both of us belong to the type which is simple but very comfortable. Her favorite brand is Max Mara The wardrobe in early autumn is basically the world dominated by Max Mara. The windbreaker jacket and white pants she wore in the above photo. Of course, the most representative ones are Max Mara’s perfect coats. Now when I open my wardrobe, there is a dark blue short wool coat that I stole from my mom’s Max Mara coat collection.

The girl will become a mother one day, but the intimate connection between mother and daughter is from generation to generation eternally. Until now, every time I wear Max Mara’s cashmere coat, I still feel like wearing my mother’s clothes, and I have a sense of familiarity. The love from my mom seems to be attached to the coat.
